Weekend Hikes

Hey, world. It's been a busy couple of weeks in Team Forsha land.

This weekend turned into a hiking one. Brayce and I tackled Mt. Pisgah early this morning. We've been looking forward to revisiting one of our favorite hikes since we've been back, and it didn't disappoint. Still one of my favorite spots.

Sun rising as we climb to the summit

Cute face, Brayce.

Afterward, we packed a lunch and took the boys to Fall Creek Reservoir. We were not expecting the water to be so low! As you'll see in the pictures below, the area where we were hiking is usually underwater. We had a lot of fun finding rocks and checking out the cool, gnarly trees.
I'm feeling like fall is right around the corner. We're trying to soak up this last month of summer. Oregon, I'm so happy to be spending this summer back at home with you!

Ignore these crazy outfits. Their father dressed them.

I think these trees look kind of creepy

They sang the entire drive home.

    Those trees do look creepy!
I hope that we will get to see everyone for the Holidays...?

  3. Love the pictures! I saw the picture of Isaac holding that yellow ball and it made me laugh. Isla has the same one and it is her favorite toy of the moment.
